A streamlined experience to determine customer requirements.  At IT Design we know your time is precious, so I believe it is critical to communicate directly with an engineer from the first meeting, to the last.  Also, we do the research so you don’t have to.  To state it simply, we bring the BEST solution to our customers, not the solution someone wants to sell you.


What to expect during?

Fully documented work, with daily updates.  No one will know how the project is progressing like the person doing the work.


What to expect after?

Our relationship doesn’t end here.  IT Design stands behind its work and values your confidence.  If you have a quick question, please reach out.  If you need ongoing assistance, use our consulting service so you can simply call on us when it’s convenient for you.  If you want to avoid risks and ensure your environment runs as well on day 365 as it did on day one, we setup reoccurring monthly/quarterly/yearly visits, with no ongoing contract or obligation.
